Overview

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship skill development initiative of the Government of India implemented under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The program focuses on providing industry-relevant skill training to youth to improve employability and promote entrepreneurship.

Training programs are aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and designed with support from Sector Skill Councils and industry partners to ensure real-world job readiness.
